Shopping Service: How to Order

To order concert tickets, follow the instructions on this page. For other orders, such as orders for items from web shops, please send an email to themadaristocrat at gmail dot com with the info below. For international customers, we accept payment via PayPal in Japanese yen only. For customers in Japan, we are happy to accept payment either via PayPal or via bank transfer to Mitsui Sumitomo, Mitsubishi UFJ, or the Japan Post Bank.

1. What specific item do you want? If you are interested in ordering something from a web shop, make sure you include the color, size, model, etc. - without this info we cannot place the order! If you are interested in purchasing a CD, photobook, live DVD or other item but you don't know where to get it, just let us know what you're looking for, and we'll track it down for you. We can find almost anything, with the exception of very rare items.

2. How many items do you want? If you just want one, please let us know. Some people want multiples.

3. What country are you located in, and what is your shipping address? Without knowing which country you're in, we can't calculate shipping rates. Without your shipping address, we can't send you your item. (USA kids, we're looking at you. Don't assume we know you're located in the States. Most of our customers are not. )

4. Would you like us to send you a PayPal invoice, and if so, to which email address should we send it?

Finally, if you send a request to us, please check your email regularly. If you never respond to us when we send you the details of costs, dates, etc., we cannot help you get the items you desire. If you decide at any point that you don't want the items after all, please do the favor of sending us an email and letting us know you want to cancel your order, so we can cross you off our list of pending transactions.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer the following shipping options. Shipping rates depend entirely on the weight of the package and the country of destination. To keep the transaction smooth, let us know your country of location and preferred shipping option in your initial email.

- EMS (most expensive, tracked, insured, takes up to one week for delivery, not available in certain politically volatile locations).

- Registered Air Mail (a lot cheaper than EMS, tracked, usually takes about two weeks for delivery. Recommended for customers in Russia, Asia, and South America.)

- Air Mail (cheaper than Registered Airmail. No tracking, but it only takes about two weeks for delivery).

- Registered SAL Mail (cheaper than Air Mail, tracked, takes up to four weeks for delivery. Not subject to customs duties in France and the UK. Unavailable to Finland and certain other locations.)

- SAL Mail (cheapest option, not tracked, takes up to four weeks for delivery. Not subject to customs duties in France and the UK. Generally safe to North America and the UK. Everyone else - use at your own risk. Terrorism freakouts in continental Europe have resulted in SAL items being lost in the post. Russian, Asian, and South American customers should choose Air Mail instead.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are happy to respond to inquiries free of charge. However, we do not accept cancellations once you confirm your order. Once payment has been made, we are unable to provide refunds except in a few limited cases. For details, see our refund policy.

We are not responsible for items lost in the international post. If you're concerned about the safety of your country's postal service, it is your responsibility to pay for a traceable shipping option. That said, we've only ever had an item get lost once in four years of operation.
