In principle, once payment is sent, all transactions are final.
We can offer refunds to customers only under the following circumstances:
- The item you ordered has for some reason become unavailable.
- You sent us a security deposit for an application to a ticket lottery, but you didn't win the tickets, and have chosen to give up on buying the tickets, rather than continue to have us attempt to buy them in another lottery/general sales.
Please understand that we CANNOT offer a refund in the following situations:
- You engaged us to fill a request for you, then changed your mind halfway through.
- You had us purchase tickets and then decided not to attend the concert.
- You had us order an item through a Japanese web shop, then decided you didn't want it.
- You had us purchase an item at a physical shop in Japan, then decided you didn't want it.
